Officers In Grade 'B' (DR) - (General)83
  • Candidates must hold a government-recognized qualification. For Graduation, a degree in any discipline (minimum 3 years) with at least 60% marks is required (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). For Post-Graduation, a degree in any discipline (minimum 2 years) with at least 55% marks is required, while pass marks are accepted for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Officers In Grade 'B' (DR) - DEPR17
  • Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics, or Finance with at least 55% marks (or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized Indian or foreign University/Institute.
Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM20
  • Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Kharagpur), or Applied Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Bombay) with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute. For details, refer to the official notification.

Salary
  • Pay Scale: ₹55,200 - ₹99,750 (Level-10, 7th Pay Commission, 16-year scale)
  • Gross Salary: Approx. ₹1,22,717 - ₹1,50,374/month, including DA (~42%, ₹23,184), HRA (15%, ₹8,280 in Mumbai), Grade Allowance, other allowances
  • Job Tenure: Permanent (2-year probation, extendable to 4 years), with NPS pension, medical benefits, paid leaves
